Notes
'Rock Steady' chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus 'Rock Steady') is a shrub for borders, specimen planting, hedges, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows fast, tolerates drought and salt, and its fragrant summer blooms draw butterflies and bees. Deer rarely make it their first choice.
Pairs well with Stonecrop, Mondo grass, and Desert willow.
