'Romantika' clematis (Clematis 'Romantika') is a vine for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. The blooms appear from July to September on plants 8 to 12 feet high. Uno Kivistik bred it as a seedling of 'Devjatyj Val'.
Pairs well with Paul Noel rose, Alina rose, and Switchgrass.
