Notes
'Rose Bowl' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Rose Bowl') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its large, single, light pink flowers open mid-season, and the pale pink guards turn white. The waxy petals hold their folded shape for a long time and never fold back, even in strong sunlight. Keagey bred it.
Pairs well with Lady's mantle, Sweet pepperbush, and Pink Impression tulip.
