Notes

'Rose Reverence' peony (Paeonia 'Rose Reverence') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It bears fragrant, rose-red double to semi-double flowers on strong stems, and bees and butterflies visit the blooms. Roy G. Klehm bred it. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits.

Pairs well with Rainforest Sunrise hosta, Standing Ovation little bluestem, Carnaval De Nice tulip, and Polish Spirit clematis.
