Notes

'Rose Unique' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Rose Unique') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It is a sister seedling of 'Tondeleyo' with the same rugged plant and bloom. The flowers are several shades deeper pink. Eugene H. Lins bred it.

Pairs well with Lupine, Prairie dropseed, and Incrediball hydrangea.
