Notes
'Rosi Klose' bergenia (Bergenia 'Rosi Klose') is a perennial for borders, low maintenance beds, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It is evergreen and grows about 12 inches tall, with a spread of 12 to 24 inches. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Give it room to spread.
Pairs well with Royal Standard hosta, Obsidian coral bells, HGC Jacob black hellebore, and Wood forget-me-not.
