Notes

'Rosy Cheek' peony (Paeonia 'Rosy Cheek') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. The slightly semi-double, fragrant blooms are deep rose at the base of the petals and fade lighter toward the tips. Professor Arthur Percy Saunders bred it.

Pairs well with Autumn Frost hosta, Annabelle hydrangea, Indian grass, and Carnaval De Nice tulip.
