Notes

'Royal Sunset' rose (Rosa 'Royal Sunset') is a vine for borders, cottage gardens, specimen planting, and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and loamy or clay soil. The fragrant, double, apricot orange flowers age through golden yellow to creamy pink. It blooms from June to frost, and the fruity scent is moderately strong to strong. Dr. Dennison H. Morey bred it in 1960.

Pairs well with Clematis, Sarah Bernhardt peony, and Fountain grass.
