Notes

'Santa Barbara' rose (Rosa 'Santa Barbara') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. It grows as a bushy mound with dark green leaves and fragrant, medium pink blooms. Bees visit the flowers from late spring into early autumn. Olesen and Olesen bred it in 1998.

Pairs well with Blue star, Blue fescue, and Blue-eyed grass.
