Notes

'Sarabande' rose (Rosa 'Sarabande') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The bushy plant stays compact and has glossy foliage. Its fragrant orange-red blooms appear in late spring, summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. Francis Meilland bred it in 1957.

Pairs well with Blue star, Lily, and Clematis.
