Scalloped spirea (Spiraea crenata) is a shrub that bears white flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It grows 24 to 48 inches tall and 24 to 48 inches wide. The blooms open in mid to late spring. Leave enough space around it so the full spread can develop without crowding.
