Notes

'Senora' zinnia (Zinnia elegans 'Senora') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, containers, and pollinator gardens. It is tender to cold, and the first hard frost will kill it. This plant likes full sun and dry to moist soil of most types. Deer tend to pass it by. Its erect stems grow fast and reach 24 to 47 inches tall. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Snapdragon, Spider flower, and First Knight fountain grass.
