Notes
'Sentimental Journey' coastal hedgenettle (Stachys 'Sentimental Journey') is a perennial for annual beds. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full sun and average moisture. Deer tend to pass it by. Rosy-pink flowers open from early to late summer on plants that reach 6 to 12 inches tall and spread 6 to 18 inches wide.
Pairs well with Angelonia, Evergold sedge, and Blue Fortune Bill Williams Mountain giant hyssop.
