Notes

Sicilian honey garlic (Allium siculum) is a bulb for borders, containers, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. It blooms in spring and again in summer, and its flowers are fragrant. Bees visit the blooms, and the plant tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Columbine, Grape hyacinth, and Autumn fern.
