Notes

'Skylark' ceanothus (Ceanothus 'Skylark') is a shrub for borders, hedges, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. This evergreen tolerates drought and salt, and bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds visit it.

Pairs well with Bush honeysuckle, California poppy, and Goldenrod.
