Notes
Small-leaf pussytoes (Antennaria parvifolia) is a perennial for ground cover, borders, and woodland gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and dry, loamy or clay soil. A small, grayish rosette of leaves forms a low mat. In bloom, an erect stalk rises with clusters of small, rayless, whitish flower heads. Butterflies visit the flowers.
Pairs well with Elfin mother of thyme, Autumn moor grass, and Globemaster allium.
