Notes
'Snowmaiden' scabiosa (Scabiosa atropurpurea 'Snowmaiden') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It handles cool weather and a light frost. This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy or loamy soil. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. The fragrant white blooms attract butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds. It makes an elegant and uniform cut flower.
Pairs well with Apricotta cosmos, Gladiator ornamental onion, and Paris coral bells.
