Notes

'Southland Belle' peony (Paeonia 'Southland Belle') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, cut flowers, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. Yellow blooms with orange-red flares open from early to late spring and attract butterflies. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Derek Irvine bred it.

Pairs well with Blue flag, Mock orange, and Johnny jump up.
