Notes
'Souvenir de L’Exposition du Mans' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Souvenir de L’Exposition du Mans') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double flowers are a reddish violet, so they add rich color to the garden and to a vase.
Pairs well with Blue Mouse Ears hosta, Switchgrass, and Stargazer lily.
