Spark larkspurleaf monkshood

Notes

'Spark' larkspurleaf monkshood (Aconitum 'Spark') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. Violet-blue flowers open in mid to late summer. It grows 24 to 48 inches tall and 18 to 24 inches wide, so give it space at the back of a bed.

Pairs well with Blush peony, Sedge, and African Queen lily.
