Notes
'SpinTop Yellow Touch' Indian blanket (Gaillardia 'SpinTop Yellow Touch') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, meadows, and xeriscapes. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy or loamy soil. It grows 12 to 18 inches tall and has yellow blooms. Butterflies and bees visit the flowers, and the plant tolerates salt. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything.
Pairs well with Aromatic aster, Blue grama, and Cat's Pajamas nepeta.
