Notes

'Star Power' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Star Power') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It bears single, pure white blooms with large, round guard petals in mid to late spring. The flowers have a slight fragrance. Roy G. Klehm bred it, and the sturdy stems hold the blooms upright.

Pairs well with Wild geranium, Cinnamon fern, and Scentara Double Blue lilac.
