Notes

'Strawberry Swirl' peony (Paeonia 'Strawberry Swirl') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. The fragrant, strawberry pink blooms attract butterflies and bees. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. Donald Robert Smith bred it, and Plants Nouveau introduced it in 2025.

Pairs well with White Swan coneflower, Curly Fries hosta, Bobo hydrangea, and Blue grama.
