Notes

'Sugar n’ Spice' peony (Paeonia 'Sugar n’ Spice') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant, creamy pink flowers are the color of peppermint candy and sit on top of dark green foliage. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Strong stems stand upright in any weather, and bees and butterflies visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Creeping phlox, Fire Island hosta, Nodding onion, and Blue grama.
