Notes

'Sundance Bicolor' gaillardia (Gaillardia 'Sundance Bicolor') is a perennial for borders and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy or loamy soil. It is drought tolerant and salt tolerant, and butterflies and bees visit the flowers in spring, summer, and autumn. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Add it where you want color all season.

Pairs well with Perennial candytuft, Delphinium, and Foxtail barley.
