Notes

'Sunray' tickseed (Coreopsis 'Sunray') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy or clay soil. It grows 18 to 24 inches tall and blooms yellow in early to late summer. Butterflies and bees visit the flowers, and the plant is drought tolerant.

Pairs well with Hummelo betony, Joe Pye weed, and Gladiator ornamental onion.
