Notes

'Sunset Flash' Indian blanket (Gaillardia 'Sunset Flash') is a perennial for borders and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy or loamy soil. It tolerates drought and salt, and butterflies and bees visit the flowers. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Blooms appear in spring, summer, and autumn.

Pairs well with Black Oil sunflower, Delphinium, and Hollyhock.
