Notes

'Susan Massu' rose (Rosa 'Susan Massu') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The upright canes reach about 49 to 71 inches tall. Fragrant yellow blend flowers draw bees from late spring into early autumn. Reimer Kordes bred it in 1973.

Pairs well with Bartzella peony, Niobe clematis, and Fragrant Bouquet hosta.
