Notes

'Sweet Valentine' rose (Rosa 'Sweet Valentine') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Medium pink, fragrant blooms appear in late spring, summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. Dr. Keith W. Zary bred it in 2000.

Pairs well with Sasanqua camellia, Fragrant Bouquet hosta, Society garlic, and Bellflower.
