Notes

'Teton' firethorn (Pyracantha 'Teton') is a shrub for hedges and privacy screens. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It blooms in spring and again in summer, and bees visit the flowers. Birds are drawn to it too. It handles dry spells and salt well. Deer tend to browse other plants first.

Pairs well with Burning bush, Prairie dropseed, and Black-eyed Susan.
