Notes

'Theresa Gardner' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Theresa Gardner') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double white flowers open with a tint of pale gold and blush, then fade to pure white. Some blooms are flecked red. It opens late, but it never fails to open, and the flowers last well in a vase.

Pairs well with Incrediball Storm Proof smooth hydrangea, Sensitive fern, and Carlton daffodil.
