'Tiddly Winks' rose (Rosa 'Tiddly Winks') is a compact shrub for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Fragrant yellow blend blooms open from early to late summer and attract bees. Thomas F. Carruth bred it in 2006.
Pairs well with Prairie dropseed, Grape hyacinth, and Hardy hibiscus.
