Notes

'Tor Gold' white meadowsweet (Spiraea betulifolia 'Tor Gold') is a shrub for borders, low maintenance plantings, and hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It grows about 35 to 47 inches tall and wide, and its white flowers attract butterflies. Deer rarely make it their first choice. Trim it lightly to keep a neat hedge.

Pairs well with Royal Star star magnolia, Gladiator ornamental onion, Hummelo betony, and Buffalo grass.
