Notes

'Trigo' rose (Rosa 'Trigo') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. The bushy, upright plant has well-branched stems and green foliage. Its fragrant apricot blooms open in late spring, early to late summer, and early autumn, and bees visit them. Alexander bred it in 1931.

Pairs well with Sarah Bernhardt peony, Jackmanii clematis, and Karl Foerster feather reed grass.
