Notes

'Twilight Zone' rose (Rosa 'Twilight Zone') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. The four-inch purple flowers have smoky lavender edges and a strong clove and lemony citrus scent. Bees and butterflies visit the blooms. Thomas F. Carruth bred it in 2011.

Pairs well with Smoketree, Jackmanii clematis, Ornamental onion, and Abiqua Drinking Gourd hosta.
