Notes

'Valerie' rose (Rosa 'Valerie') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and loamy or clay soil. Light yellow blooms are fragrant and attract bees. They open in late spring, again in summer, and once more in early autumn. Terra Nigra and Select Roses BV bred it in 2007.

Pairs well with Woolly yarrow, Great blue lobelia, and The President clematis.
