Notes

'Variegatum' star jasmine (Trachelospermum jasminoides 'Variegatum') is a vine for containers, hedges, and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. The evergreen leaves stay on the plant all year, and the fragrant flowers open in early to late spring. Deer tend to browse other plants first. Bees visit the blooms, and the vine grows rapidly.

Pairs well with Clematis, Little Gem southern magnolia, and Snapdragon.
