Notes

'Madison' star jasmine (Trachelospermum jasminoides 'Madison') is a vine for privacy screens, hedges, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. It grows fast and stays evergreen. Fragrant flowers open in early to late spring and attract bees. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with Little Gem southern magnolia, Calla lily, and Lemongrass.
