Notes

'Victorian Broach' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Victorian Broach') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant pearl white double flowers have red candy striping on the outer petals. Each stem carries one bud, and the rounded goblet buds open in mid to late spring over deep green foliage. Roy G. Klehm bred it.

Pairs well with Bellwort, Cinnamon fern, and Blue sage.
