Notes

'Weeping Pink' false yucca (Hesperaloe parviflora 'Weeping Pink') is a perennial for borders, rock gardens, and hummingbird gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun. Long, narrow, arching leaves form an open clump. Bright pink flowers open on arching stems from early to late summer, and hummingbirds visit them. For the best bloom, plant it in the hottest spot you have, near stone, gravel, or concrete.

Pairs well with Prickly-pear, Rock rose, and Japanese forest grass.
