Notes
'Coral Glow' false yucca (Hesperaloe parviflora 'Coral Glow') is a succulent for specimen planting, rock gardens, and winter interest. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average, sandy or loamy soil. Tall wands of waxy coral red flowers with yellow throats draw hummingbirds in summer. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. For more blooms, plant it in the hottest, sunniest spot you have.
Pairs well with Ice plant, Prairie dropseed, and Goldenrod.
