Notes

'West Hill' wand butterflybush (Buddleja 'West Hill') is a shrub for borders, pollinator gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the fragrant flowers. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. It blooms in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn.

Pairs well with Anise hyssop, Feather reed grass, and Mexican hat.
