Notes

'White Charm' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'White Charm') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The flowers have cream centers and light pink outer petals. Cut the stems in bud and the outer petals stay light pink. Lyman D. Glasscock bred it in 1964.

Pairs well with Siberian iris, Invincibelle Ruby smooth hydrangea, Sensitive fern, and Spanish bluebell.
