Notes

'White City' Spanish bluebell (Hyacinthoides hispanica 'White City') is a bulb for borders, woodland gardens, naturalized drifts, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. White flowers open from early to late spring and attract bees. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. The clumps grow 12 to 18 inches tall and spread quickly.

Pairs well with Yellow trout-lily, Sedge, and Invincibelle Ruby smooth hydrangea.
