Notes
'White Innocence' peony (Paeonia 'White Innocence') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Each swaying stem carries four or five single, pure white flowers with greenish-white centers. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Prof. Arthur Percy Saunders bred it.
Pairs well with Empress Wu hosta, Prairie dropseed, and Nodding onion.
