Notes

'Wisley Blue' spring starflower (Ipheion uniflorum 'Wisley Blue') is a perennial bulb plant for borders, containers, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. It forms clumps, grows fast, and has fragrant flowers that attract bees. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. It also tolerates drought once settled.

Pairs well with Fringed bleeding heart, Japanese forest grass, and Greig's tulip.
