Notes
'Wonderous White' peony (Paeonia 'Wonderous White') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. Swenson Gardens bred it, and its white blooms have a blush warmth and a sweet fragrance. Bees and butterflies visit the flowers. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal.
Pairs well with Stained Glass hosta, Nodding onion, and Standing Ovation little bluestem.
