Notes

Wood cranesbill (Geranium sylvaticum) is a perennial for borders and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. It blooms in spring and again in summer, and butterflies visit the flowers. Rabbits rarely make it their first choice. It grows about 24 inches tall and spreads 24 to 36 inches, so give it room.

Pairs well with Rainbow's End hosta, Daffodil, Bouquet peony, and Grape hyacinth.
