Notes
'Wú Xiá Yù' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Wú Xiá Yù') is a perennial for borders, cut flower gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant, full double white flowers look like jade and face up on strong, upright stems. Each stem holds one bloom, and the long stems make good cut flowers.
Pairs well with Rainforest Sunrise hosta, False Solomon's seal, and Little bluestem.
