Notes
'Xing Fu Man Yuan' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Xing Fu Man Yuan') is a perennial for borders, cut flower use, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The pink, semi-double flowers face upward and are fragrant. They open in late spring on stems that need no support. New foliage emerges red and turns green.
Pairs well with Royal fern, Spanish bluebell, and Scentara Double Blue lilac.
